Flame Scanner
The EZ-Flame Flame Detection System is a highly sensitive and high precisionsplit-style flame detection system, which the combinations of flame scanners and flame amplifiers are required for its application. The flame scanner is responsible for capturing flame information, and the flame amplifier processes this information in real time and send out the flame status information.
The Z-Flame Scanner is available in Ultra Violet, Infra-Red, or dual UV/lRconfigurations. As a critical safety device, the Z-Flame Scanners have a built-in self-checking program that performs a self-test every 2 minutes. In addition, using Safe-Fire's unique technology, each scanner sends real-time temperature readings to the amplifier to feedback the status of the scanner head.
The EZ-Flame Amplifier uses advanced technology to accurately detect the frequency, amplitude and intensity of the target flame. Each EZ Flame Amplifier can communicate with up to two separate flame scanners, with four types avail-able:dual-channel infrared model, dual-channel UV model, single-channel infrared + single-channel uV model and infrared & UV dual sensor model.
