TempVision5000
TempVision-5000 system continuously measures - in real time - burner flame temperature profiles inside a boiler or furnace combustion chamber. This dynamic system can be configured for use on a variety of boilers and furnaces with the a pprop ria te c om bina ti on of
TempVision Detectors and a processing / communications suite. The on-demand combustion temperature display enables plant operators to make informed decisions to adjust the crucial fuel-to-air ratio inside the furnace. With a focus on the combustion field, We are committed to improving our customers’ combustion efficiency through reduced fuel consumption, decreased emissions, and increased boiler service life.
TempVision 5000 is a two-color temperature measuring device that - analyzes the relative brightness of two different colors seen in a material to determine its temperature. For the temperature ranges we measure when observing coal soot, the Red and Near Infrared (NIR) colors have the necessary data we need for processing, thus the TempVision 5000 only needs to compare the red and infra read wavelengths to determine the coal soot temperature.
Description
Temperature Detector
This temperature detector is a built-in multi-spectral camera with high temperature borescope.
Retract Device
This is a pneumatic retracting device for the temperature detector. The injection and retraction of the Temperature Detector are managed by the local control station.
Local Control Station
The Local Control Station is normally installed near the burners. It consists of a control panel and a PLC. Maintenance personnel can manually insert or retract the Temperature Detector from the control panel. In the event of abnormal conditions such as overheating, high pressure alarm in the furnace or low cooling air pressure alarm, the Temperature Detector can be automatically retracted through the PLC control. The remote control interface is available on the Local Control Station.
Operator Station
This functional module is mainly used to display active temperature data for the user and stores historical data for user to access and analyze.
Accessories
The accessories consist of the optical switch, Gigabit Ethernet media converter, network switch, power supply, and other hardware. High-performance accessories ensure smooth communication between the primary equipment.
Product Features
• Display the burner flame temperature distribution, as well as the maximum, minimum and average temperature of the Region of Interest (ROI)
• Comprehensive temperature profile data enable the establishment of the correlation between coal types and burner temperature behaviors
• Allow users to quickly understand the flame temperature differences among burners and the temperature distribution inside the furnace
• Provide critical data for remote diagnosis of the boiler combustion
• Powerful historical data storage and analysis functions
• Simple alarm setting and powerful error reporting features
