Recently, Safefire successfully won the bid for the National Energy Anqing Phase III 2x1000MW ultra-supercritical unit flame detection and cooling air system project. Based on its technological advantages, Safefire will equip the boiler with the SA-3000 series flame detection system to safeguard the safe combustion of the boiler.

SA-3000 series As an industry-leading flame monitoring solution, the flame detection system integrates high sensitivity, strong stability, and intelligent management:
Precise detection: Based on DSP Microprocessor technology, it can accurately identify flame frequency, amplitude, and intensity, effectively distinguishing background interference, and ensuring zero error in flame detection during boiler startup and operation.
Multiple protections: SF-300 The flame detection probe supports infrared (coal powder / fuel oil) and ultraviolet (gas) dual-spectrum configuration, with high-temperature resistance up to 100 ℃, protection level IP66 ，suitable for extreme working conditions.
Intelligent networking: SA-3000 Support 128 sets of equipment network communication, and DCS/PLC seamless integration, real-time transmission of flame intensity and fault alarm signals, helping power plants achieve intelligent operation and maintenance.
Safe and reliable: Every 2 minute automatic self-check function, 4-20mA analog output and fault alarm contacts provide double protection for the safety of millions of unit combustion.
