Precise Flame Detection

Using the EZ-FLAME series infrared flame detectors (EZS-IR) and a dual-channel intelligent amplifier, this system accurately identifies pulverized coal and fuel oil flames, effectively suppresses background interference, and eliminates false alarms and missed detections.

The full-spectrum detection technology (ultraviolet/visible/infrared) dynamically tracks the flame condition and adaptively adjusts parameters to ensure stable capture of flame signals under a wide range of operating conditions.
High-temperature and long-lasting design

The flame detection probe can withstand temperatures exceeding 100℃, and is equipped with high-temperature fiber optic components rated for 580℃ and a quartz lens capable of withstanding 1300℃. This completely addresses issues such as short probe lifespan and signal attenuation in high-temperature environments.

The split-type design (separation of probe and amplifier) keeps the electronic unit away from high-temperature areas, enhancing the system's long-term reliability.
Intelligent Operations and Maintenance with High Compatibility

Supports remote debugging, parameter presetting, and self-learning functions; seamlessly integrates with power plant DCS systems and outputs 4-20mA analog signals as well as passive dry contact signals.
