Good News | W-FLAME Wins Bid for the CHP Project in Fushun High‑Tech Industrial Development Zone
Recently, the W-FLAME flame detection system successfully won the bid for the CHP Project in Fushun High‑Tech Industrial Development Zone, providing a comprehensive and reliable flame detection solution for the newly constructed 3 × 280 t/h high‑temperature, high‑pressure pulverized coal boilers. The project is being undertaken by Wuxi Huaguang Environmental Protection & Energy Group Co., Ltd. for boiler manufacturing, with completion scheduled for March 20, 2026. Upon completion, the project will strongly support the park’s energy supply and environmental upgrades.

This project is equipped with two 40 MW back-pressure steam turbine generator units, and desulfurization and denitrification facilities are being constructed in parallel to support boiler operation. Safety, Stability, and Environmental Friendliness Set high standards. As a core component for the safe operation of boilers, the flame detection system must address the following challenges:

Multiple testing locations: The three boilers are equipped with a total of 63 flame detection systems, with each boiler featuring 12 coal-fired flame detectors, 4 oil-fired flame detectors, 4 micro-oil flame detectors, and 1 flame detector for the air duct burners.

Complex fuel types The system must simultaneously monitor the combustion status of multiple fuels, including coal, diesel, and micro-oil.

Strong environmental adaptability: Achieve stable and accurate flame detection under high-temperature and high-pressure operating conditions.
In response to project requirements, W-FLAME provides 63 sets of W-FLAME 12 infrared flame detection probes , possessing the following technical advantages:
