TempVision 5000 System Operation and Maintenance Training Session.
In 2024, Ratu Power Plant, a subsidiary of Indonesia Power. With Safefire In collaboration, we have acquired the TempVision 5000 online temperature measurement system. Recently, to enhance customers’ understanding and utilization of the TempVision 5000 product, Safefire hosted a specialized product training session. This training focused on the product’s features, advantages, and key usage considerations, aiming to help customers gain a deeper appreciation of the product’s value and deliver a higher‑quality, more efficient user experience. Through this training, Safefire hopes to strengthen communication and engagement with its Indonesian customers and promote the widespread adoption of the product in the local market.
“Boiler Combustion Diagnosis and Adjustment Services” The special promotion conference was held grandly in Shanghai.
This conference attracted experts from the power industry and representatives from key enterprises. Focusing on energy conservation, consumption reduction, and low-carbon operations in the thermal power sector, the event provided a comprehensive showcase of Xifei Industrial’s core strengths in combustion optimization through technical analysis and case studies.

MyFLAME 05 By upgrading its core algorithms, the series of flame detection systems can accurately assess burner flames, providing a safety guarantee for deep peak-shaving operations in power plant boilers and overcoming the bottleneck in flame detection under low-load operating conditions.
Launch combustion diagnostics services.
We successfully completed, in the same period, a full‑scale professional service for the utility boiler combustion system at Arlanxeo’s Singapore plant, covering everything from on-site inspections and system analysis to optimization recommendations.
TempVision 5000 One year after the No. 3 boiler at the Port Klang Power Plant in Indonesia was commissioned, the burner flame temperature field measurement system has achieved remarkable results. The boiler efficiency has averaged… Increase by approximately 5% , saving approximately in fuel costs for the entire year 2.15 million USD , the system in 3 months The investment will be recovered internally.
