Recently, Safefire won the bid for the fire inspection and renovation project of the 2X110MW circulating fluidized bed boiler of PLTU TENAYAN Power Plant in Indonesia. W-FLAME 12/22 Flame Detector
W-FLAME series flame detector is a boiler flame safety detection device, which is widely used in single burner and multi-burner boilers in electric power, petrochemical, metallurgy, paper and other industries. It can accurately detect the burner flame at all stages of boiler start-up and operation, effectively prevent the potential danger of furnace explosion that may lead to furnace explosion when the fuel is sent into the furnace without being ignited, and provide maximum protection for the safe and stable operation of the boiler.
W-FLAME series flame detector has infrared and ultraviolet two kinds of sensors, the detected target flame light signal into electrical signal, based on its unique integrated design, the signal processor is built into the detector, no need for additional fire detection amplifier equipment, reducing equipment failure points and maintenance workload, more suitable for high safety protection level requirements of the occasion.
At the same time, the W-Flame fire probe operates at 24VDC and can be pre-configured to dedicated burner application parameters, making it a true plug-and-play device.
